At Smiles at Murphy, we offer a variety of financing and payment options, to ensure you can get the best dental services you need. Please read below to see our insurance and financing policies.

Our Murphy dental office will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. For major treatment, it is sometimes necessary to submit a predetermination to the insurance company in order to assure that the recommended procedures are covered.
Dental Payment Options
While we believe in giving you lots of choices, there’s one you shouldn’t have to make: deciding between the dental health care you need and the dental health care you can afford. So we’ll sit down with you to figure out which payment option makes sense for you for the dental services you need.
For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer a variety of payment options including:
- Cash or Personal Check
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
- Easy online process
- No interest financing
- 18 and 24-month financing options
- Extended payment plans
- Instant credit decisions with no down payment
- Your referral slip and X-rays if applicable
- A list of any medications you are taking
- Any known allergies or medical conditions
- Medical or Dental insurance to be filed
Occasionally treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, complex treatment plans or complicated medical histories will require evaluation and a second appointment for treatment. Please let the office know if you have a medical condition that may be a concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, rheumatic fever, or blood disorders).
If you’ve had X-rays taken in the last six months, please have your dentist forward them to us. If there is not enough time to get them to us prior to your appointment, please make arrangements to pick them up and bring them with you to the appointment.
A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18.
